Nice wee figure-of-8 run: up the GC then down to the Darn Path; across the pipe bridge, then an anti-clockwise loop along the railway, up to and over Park of Keir; then up the nice steep path by Kippenrait Glen and up Sherrifmuir road, finishing through the wood behind the house. Very pleasant, nice and steady - no knee issues, just a bit of the inevitable grumbly LBP. TRIMP 108.1.

Meall a' Choire Odhar circuit. Early Elliptigo ride, catching the best of the day - cool but sunny. Usual legs-on-backwards early morning start, which helped to keep effort levels in the LSD zone. Felt good and could have gone further but I'm in this for the long haul. Happy to just be getting fitter again. Plenty of ways to extend this loop - next time. TRIMP 234.3

WEE at Plean - Green, 4.7km. No warm up and not switched on at the start - navigated straight to #10 (which was, at least, close to #1) and it took me ages to work out what was going on. Eventually got to #1 after 6 minutes, for a sub- 2 minute control. Whoops. Bit hesitant on the next few then got into my stride and was running well. TRIMP 88.6.

Lunchtime run at Dechmont Law. Still slow, but no niggles other than the trapped nerve in my shoulder, so - I'll take it as another few steps on the road to recovery! Dry everywhere on the trails; windy and cold, but I only got hailed on right at the end. TRIMP 90.4.

Had meant to leave enough time to get in a decent outing, but work got in the way; at least I still got out. Very strong headwind on the outward leg, freezing cold too; maybe shorts were not ideal! It only tried to hail once :-). Didn't have high enough gears on the Go to make full use of the tailwind on the return. TRIMP 104.9.
