Jamie's (and Eilidh's) first junior park run! They both got round very well. I jogged around with Jamie. He went off a bit fast and faded a little but kept going, and even saved enough for a sprint finish. Good lad. E very impressive too!

Very easy short spin out on the Elliptigo to see if my knee was up to it. Maybe. L knee grumbling a little too. Need to really focus on building up their strength and flexibility properly, once I've got the currenyt injury sorted.

It will come as no surprise to anyone - myself most of all - that my knee is swollen this morning, my calf feels torn and I am struggling to walk the length of the office.
