Very restricted exercise window this morning, just enough time - between B & kids going swimming and my heading off to FVRH for an MRI scan - for the shortest of Elliptigo efforts, to the ca. 8km mark on the Braco road and back. To be fair, I felt dreadful, full of aches and pains, so it was probably in my best interests to keep it this short anyway. Saw Janine coming in the opposite direction shortly before I turned to give chase, but a stop to clear a stone out of one of the roller tracks put paid to any chance of catching her up; we seemed to be moving at much the same pace anyway. Trying to keep things moving along... a short Elliptigo jaunt out towards Braco, turning at the 10km mark. Not much in the legs - very unfit. Bumped into the Stansfields out for a family run; looking forward to the days we can do that! TRIMP 109.9.

First run in a long while. Got to start somewhere; I was over in Pumpherston picking up climbing kit, it was sunny and warm, so I parked up and went for a spin around Calderwood CP. Some aches and pains to start; I thought I might have to stop, but they faded quite quickly to a dull background throb and I was moving freely so I carried on. I started to tie up a little later on, but I was so enjoying being out that I wasn't too dispirited. Small beginnings. TRIMP 62.2.
