Stopped off in Plean CP for a run after a meeting at the Royal hospital. Took an old WEE green course and ran around it. L knee taped but a bit sore. For some reason my GPS watch stopped recording after 27 minutes - must have tapped the off button by accident. TRIMP 50.1.

WEE Tulliallan. Not sure I'd be running at all, having been to see Dr Dunbar about my knee immediately beforehand, but the ultrasound imaging came back good (phew) so the problem is probably impingment of the tissue pad behind the kneecap. Biomechanical stuff - kinesio taping on and back to the physio. Just glad it's not that the knee's wearing out or anything!

Feeling very unfit/heavy and too stressed about work to concentrate, so this was a very different run to my last visit here (two weeks ago) - scrappy on most controls, and lost 5 minutes when I navigated 8-9 when leaving 7; in my defence, controls 7 and 8 were on very similar features, but it was still a silly mistake. Not fit enough to make up any time, so - a poor effort. Much wetter today than two weeks ago, too - made the area quite different! TRIMP 114.
