Cycling (Road) 47:17 intensity: (1:55 @0) + (1:25 @1) + (14:11 @2) + (25:24 @3) + (3:56 @4) + (26 @5) 19.81 km (25.1 kph) +59m

Thought I'd best see if my knee is up to cycling, which is all I will be able to do in the Lakes this coming weekend. Once I'd unseized the bike I headed out to Braco. Deluge #1 arrived just as I was turning at the 10km point; another deluge from Kinbuck all the way home finished the job of turning me into a drowned rat.
Knee definitely a bit stiffer and not liking going downstairs afterwards. TRIMP 85.1.

(injured)

Knee not improving. Gave in. Booked physio. Despite being completely fed up with physio appointments. Too late to be of any help for the JK but whatever.

Elliptigo 56:01 intensity: (1:32 @0) + (17 @1) + (1:10 @2) + (32:18 @3) + (20:32 @4) + (12 @5) 23.86 km (25.6 kph) +124m
ahr:150 max:165 (injured) shoes: Elliptigo

Again, no substantial progress with my knee, but resting it for too long starts making my back hurt due to inactivity - and my belt get more constrictive - so another non-impact pootle out on the Go was in order. Things running much better on the Go after I'd adjusted the chain and tweaked the brakes at the weekend. TRIMP 127.8
