On my feet for a good part of the day; lots of walking at the SOL, including the string course and going around the White with Jamie. R knee was OK for the occasional jog on the White course when Jamie felt like running and before his suspected asthma kicked in. Knee still not liking going downhill at all - I think it's braking, in particular, that is giving miost bother, but it's noticeably not right at all other times, too. Not looking great for the JK.

No real notable progress with my knee but no exercise and too much sitting has caused my back to seize up - to the point of interrupting sleep despite having broken out the pills again - and so I needed to do this for that reason, alone. No ill effects, and spent the rest of the day on my feet, mosty outdoors (lovely day!) doing chores, which really helped mobilise my back. TRIMP 88.6
Knee had been showing slight signs of improvement yesterday in that I could gingerly go down stairs with only minor twinges, as opposed to the previous days' instant pain, but today was a backward step; constant dull pain and difficulty bending again, i.e. stairs, getting into the car, etc.
