Headtorch run up to the Stane. They've started chopping down Sheriffmuir Big Wood! Bar-stewards. My favourite twisty-turny trail through the trees has been obliterated. :-(
Lost a chunk of time hacking over chopped up bits of tree, trying to find the path again on the other side of the felled block - impossible in the dark, ultimately. Bums.
HR way too high for the effort level - maybe the corpus duffus is trying to resist Jase's F&M, or something?

...but absolutely shocking at the circuits! Where have my stomach muscles gone? Almost hit the chunder zone, too. Wimp! I'lll be sore tomorrow...
