A very wild and woolly run up to the Gathering Stane. Chucking it down and blowing a hoolie; normally I'd love running in this, but I wasn't feeling great today. Given the looming JOK Xmas meal - third of the week, and with two more next week - I couldn't afford a day of sloth. An easy session is better than nothing! Very dark under the trees so I couldn't have gone fast on those bits if I'd wanted to. TRIMP 83.4

Repeat of Wednesday's Five Sisters circuit. A fairly stiff SW'ly made for a slow outgoing split but much faster return. Caught on in a comedy downpour 8 mins from the end, which I couldn't help laughing out loud at, as I was utterly drenched and must have looked ridiculous. Fun. TRIMP 79.8.

Easy. Ran down to the garage to pick up the car, then went for a brief trundle around Laighills before picking up the kids from nursery. More road than I'd like so it was good that I hadn't any time to go further; but I did just enough to earn a starter at the restaurant tonight, at least. TRIMP 40.8.
