Run out on the e-bike with flat pedals on, to minimise risk of aggravating my knee, which is still a bit swollen after Sunday. Seems OK afterwards, no worse. Wind-assisted record to the Braco turn (sub-19), then back and along Auchinlay road. Stayed away from any steep hills. TRIMP 80.
