Strength training (Home circuits) 30:00 [1]

Worked up a sweat in anticipation of the F1 race - which was worth the wait!

Definitely on the mend now - today I was just terribly-unfit-cr*p, not about-to-keel-over cr*p. Actually, this was the best I've felt running for ages now, a good reminder of why I have bothered persevering! Uni, along the top of Hermitage Wood, then down down to Falcon factory, and a loop of Abbey Craig, finishing across the playing fields. New shoes (new shoes! 14 months ago I thought I would never need new running shoes again) were very comfy and I even felt as if I could push the pace in places. Grand. TRIMP 112.6.

First day that I've felt human in a week, so time for a gentle reintroduction to exercise - and time for an outing for the e-bike. I tried an extension of my trusty Braco-Blackford-Sherrifmuir loop, heading towards Muthill from Braco and then cutting through Middleton onto Muthill-Auchterarder road. At Gleneagles turned right back towards Braco to pick up on the back road down to Blackford. Made for a slightly longer but still pleasant route. Still a few snowdrifts up near the top of the Sherrifmuir road. TRIMP 128.2.
