What a stupid idea. Have a cold, but I need to keep the achilles rehab going - so, go for a run regardless, just take it v easy. Felt like total cr*p the whole way, of course - and sore achilles afterwards! I think that the Swoops might be part of the problem; back of the shoe rack for a bit, boys. TRIMP 78.2.

Morning trot through the terrain at Moor of Alvie and Speybank. Achilles a little grumbly, but I don't think that Tuesday's walk set things back too badly. TRIMP 71.5.

The two westerly Monadhliath Munros with Beccy (18 years since I last did them!). Nice and crusty snow up top made for pretty fast progress, but my achilles wasn't up to doing the whole 24km round :-(.
