FVO session. Managed to get there in time for the start, for once!

Strength training (Circuits) 20:00 intensity: (10:00 @2) + (10:00 @3)

Doubled-up 2x 25/5. Adam mixed the stations around, leading to some interesting new killer combos. Fun.
