Into Stirling to collect the truck (with its new cylinder head) via Doune, Thornhill, and the A811 nr Kippen. Strong headwind all the way to Thornhill, crosswind to the A811, then a great tailwind into Stirling.
Dodgy vertebra in neck niggling to start, completely seized up afterwards; if it's not one thing...!

30/5 and 25/5. Back a little tight after yesterday - and high knees surprisingly interesting, after having subjected my legs to the alien pursuit of running! - but otherwise no probs. Much nicer to be exercising indoors rather than out, today - brrr
