(M rpt) Sgurr na h-Ulaidh and (C new) Meall Lighiche with Ken, Ange and Heather H. 50th birthday walk with KD, a welcome mid-week skive from work! Nice steady pace, and very nice hills, great viewpoint from SnU. Bit awkward coming off that onto ML, craggy, but only a few doggy-carries were required. One of those kit-on-kit-off days; warm in the sun but decicedly cold when not, occasional wind and very occasional precipitation (hail at one point) - typical Scottish walking conditions, then!

Followed up by a very nice meal at the Sherrifmuir Inn. Yum yum.

A new session leader - Alison - and a new set of circuits! One round of stations at 30/10, and then a second at 20/5. Desperately unfit.
