Nice cycle loop around Braco, Gleneagles, Glen Devon, and back through the Hillfoots. Well, it was nice until I started toiling into a stiff headwind all the way back from Dollar. Tedious, that. Back sore to start, so took things all very gently; it still became increasingly stiff and sore from before the hour.

Here we go, my once-in-a-blue-moon run, when I'm just so desperate to get out for a run that I can no longer resist it. Even though I know I'll be crippled for the next couple of days. Drizzly, sloppery jaunt to the Gathering Stane; very sedate pace, but it still felt good until the tell-tale LBP nag arrived. Ne'er mind!

Pressed for time, did the Braco - Sherrifmuir circuit. Back sore after yesterdays pickaxe/sledgehammer swinging and other general flood prevention panic exertions. Had to be careful to avoid the scree when coming back down the Sherrifmuir road; scenes of much devastation. Not as bad as what happened to the Glen Road in Bridge of Allan, though - crazy! TRIMP 100.2.
