Busy day constructing a climbing frame. Had hoped to go out for a cycle, but it was too late - and then the heavens opened - so I opted to go for a short run to collect my phone from the pickup truck at the garage, where we'd got the RAC man to abandon it last night after he'd rescued us from the M9.
Felt OK, minor niggles from the R hamstring but largely ignorable, so ignore them I did. I'll probably regret that but feckit. TRIMP 59.9.

First day since Sunday that my back has been up to exercise. But no time. So, a short run. Hamstring sore very quickly but didn't get worse; still, didn't risk a full Gathering Stane round. Had to lie down with feet in the air for the rest of the evening though.
