Back sore before I went out, but yet another day without at least some exercise simply wasn't an option, so I loaded up with brufen and headed up to Sheriffmuir, looping down to Greenloaning and back from Braco through Kinbuck. Pretty crip by the end.

A jolly introductory climbing course at Ratho with various folks, kindly organised by Louise. I remembered most stuff, although, I'd forgotten my knots (mental blank with those!). As usual, very happy when top-roped and with big holds, but absolutely zero grip strength, which meant that bouldering was just impossible. Still, I could get into this. Ratho a totally fantastic facility.

Nice to actually see folks again. Not training = not socialising, by and large; not fun.
