Hilly cardio programme on the static bike at the gym. Worked pretty hard... eyes glued to the glorious sunshine outside, when they weren't closed to keep the sweat out.

Late afternoon jaunt. Kinbuck - Braco - Greenloaning - Sherriffmuir. Into a headwind most of the way out, and my legs felt pretty tired - hard work, but it made the climb up onto the Muir seem less daunting by comparison. Pooped. HR data is complete bunk, the dang thing refused to give a good signal.

Feeling pretty flexible today, back a little niggly so I skipped a couple of the more difficult back-centric exercises. 120 "100s", just for kicks.

30/5 and 20/5? Six weeks to go to the JK, so it was time to introduce the hopping and bouncing exercises - which I studiously avoided, of course. No impact for me, thankyouverymuch. Otherwise felt strong.
