Carnethy 5 day - couldn't let it pass without some notable exercise. Cycled from Aberfoyle out towards Inversaid; wasn't sure whether or not to do the loop around Loch Katrine, but decided after a bit that the sustained climb back up Duke's Pass might not be a great idea - yet - so I turned left at Stronachlachair and headed to Inversaid.

Steady/easy pace, dull and dreich day, but fine for cycling. Pretty stiff at the end, but no real harm done. TRIMP 156.9.

Some cardiovascular exercise needed to lift my mood - thus starts my new career as an Olympic class cyclist. On an upright commuter bike. Well, I'll take what I can get!
