Short dark plod around the streets of Dunblane at sub-wheezing pace. Thought that the flat surface would be better for my ankle - still sore.

Late, darkening trundle around paths in Anagach, after Beccy had been out. Ankle sore and very unstable on the paths; still wheezing and unable to go faster than a crawl without getting out of breath.

Another easy jog, this time in the dark from the chalet in Carrbridge. Still couging, speed limited - any faster and I had to stop & wheeze.Would be a nice loop on trails around the hill if I could actually run/shuffle that far.
