First time on the X-T in ages, and it felt like it, too. Struggled! Pretty frazzled as well, which makes it harder - exercise is 50% mental, after all. Reckon I was about 5% today, at best!

I probably could have got out today, for a quick run, had I not been feeling very fragile through lack of sleep. Not as a result of baby, I should add - as a result of 5 pints of ale last night, doing the obligatory head-wetting with my NCT Dad pals...

Phew, I (finally) got out, just for a wee jaunt to the Gathering Stane whilst Beccy was visiting her NCT friends, but even 35 minutes is better than nothing! Feeling very slow and decidedly non-runner like but, gosh, it's good to get out.
