30 minutes of intervals, 7 x 2 on, 2 off - pushed hard. Then straight into 20 minutes "hill climb" - gradually ascending effort level. Different workout, legs wobbly by the end, so it must have been a good one!

Out in Glasgow all day, visiting the Transport Museum (great! Old motorbike fanatic heaven), but managed to squeeze in a session on the TT when we get home and Jamie was asleep. Haven't been on the TT in ages, but within two minutes I realised that I'd die of boredom unless I made it interesting... so:

5 minute warm up
3 x 4 x 1 min on (very hard), 1 min off, 2 min between sets
10 minutes hard
3 minutes warm down.

Very sweaty. And oddly satisfying.

Back on the beast for a full hour-long non-impact session. I survived without going mad. It's all about giving yourself targets every minute and working out the maths to keep your mind busy... or to just be good at being vacant :-). A smidge less than full-on pace, but tired at the end.

A mostly easy jog with Beccy; Gathering Stane loop with the wood (twice). Got a bit more exercise by looping back frequently and adding on a couple of extra solo bits. Still struggling with my A.T. Whatever I'm doing ain't working. Oh well, physio required. Only a month late...

At least I've shaken the cold!

Very slow snowy run up to the Gathering Stane, through the woods. Deep snow so heavy going, but feeling very lacklustre anyway - time to shake this cold. Achilles increasingly sore. No discernable improvement in the last month - hmph. Hurry UP and get better!! Stupid thing.
