Zwift. Most of the Surrey Hills route before a sore back stopped play.
Felt like hard work today, but maybe that was because after having to change the tube and tyre, I also had to recalibrate the trainer! My back has been a bit gippy recently and began to grumble, so I called it a day at the hour. TRIMP 118.3, NP 231W.
