Strength training (Pilates) 30:00 [1]

Back to it - good crowd for the first session back. Not sure that I managed to locate my core throughout, though - it has gone AWOL over the summer!
7 PM

Strength training (Circuits) 20:00 [2]

Straight into 30/5 doublers. Ouch! Tried hard but the muscles have turned into blubbery heaps of jelly.
