Feeling like I need to sharpen up a bit, so, I decided to go for a few reps. Jogged out along the Darn Path then 3 x reps up the path next to Wharry Burn. Stuffed up the first one (stopped my watch rather than hit the rep key, durr), but the times were 4:29, 4:36 and 4:33. OK, but not great - more sharpening up required! TRIMP 108
