Hit the gym in my hotel in Warwick to try to unwind after a trying drive down the M6. Busy - only a treadmill free - so risked a steady "rolling hills" programme. Hamstring achey, but didn't get worse apart from the ache spreading up into my buttock, so hopefully I got away with it. Felt good to run, even on a machine.
