10 run - 15 bike - 10 run - 15 bike - 10 run. Kept it steady as the right achilles is definitely a bit dodgy - hurting at the start and the end but okay in the middle. Definitely feeling a bit sore afterwards - bugger!!

Steady ride of about an hour and 30 minutes of transition practice - learning to get on and off the bike with shoes attached the pedals. Found it pretty easy once I'd worked out how to do it!!

To Glenogle and back - right ankle / achilles feeling a bit 'wierd' but not enough to make me stop.
