Relay, first leg. Chilled at the start as per the plan, but then got stressed when there were too many people in the way. Standing still, walking slowly through bushy stuff on the way to number 1. Took out my frustration by taking another route to 2 (kind of worked), then my own route to 3 backfired and I lost a lot of time. Rest of the course went fairly well and enjoyed it a lot. Not a great run, but an improvement on Friday at least.
Got a very sore knee towards the end. Not sure if it's from bashing it badly on Friday or tight itb. Maybe both. Scrapped the planned extended run.
