Spectating the Glen Coe Skyline with a group. Bidean nam Bian side. 2 munros and escape route out of the lost valley. Got my mojo back a bit today! Awesome day out. Loved cheering people on. Added Italian cheering to my vocabulary :)

Ring of Steall spectating. Really struggling today. Light-headed, lacking in energy. Haribo saved me. Think it's a hangover from racing ill last weekend and getting really cold multiple times this week. Plan to eat lots this afternoon/evening and hope I can get my mojo back for tomorrow.

Another wet and soggy ride :) this time with more clothes on, so didn't get too cold.

So much fun with all the puddles. Loving it :) nearly hit the jackpot with a pot of gold too, but unfortunately the sun wasn't out for long...

A bit of a mad swim. Car was saying 8 degrees outside, it was blustery and chucking it down. Janet and i decided to go swimming at Lochindorb. Properly cold, my face froze over. Swallowed quite a bit of water because of the waves. Weirdly exhilarating and i was genuinely grinning quite a lot! That felt good :)

Very wet and very cold. Pretty sure this signals the end of summer. Shorts were not a good idea. Had to come back early to warm up.

Wee swim post BASOC training. Trying to let the ankle relax.
70 lengths front crawl. Boys doing the subtle... it's our orienteering teacher! At least the staff put out a lane if i come along!
