6 x hill from fallen tree in the thick trees to my tree stump at the top. Got faster as it went on. Bit of a shock to the system!
Last time i did them was in March when i did 10 all about 1min30. Got a bit of a way to go to do that, but that was at my best point all year, so I'm happy to at least be hitting those times towards the end of this set today.
