Run with hollie ans tess in the snow on arthurs seat. Just a short one as i'd just been sick and combined with unfitness thought it was wise. Hoping it'll go away as quickly as it arrived.

Orienteering race 1:14:00 [4] 11.3 km (6:33 / km)

SHI's individual. Orienteering wasn't great - a lot of small misses, including number one where I was covering ground faster than I'd realised. Lots of 30seconds - 1 minute misses, which add up! On the whole, much better than yesterday,feeling ok running until knee twinged a bit near the end, must've been getting a wee bit tired. Good fun run though.

SHI's relay, lost the plot: slow, mistakes and generally finding it hard to push. Lucky I wasn't in a position where I needed to perform.

8x1min hill efforts - tarmac, pretty steep. Had James chasing and he didn't catch me:) Felt pretty good - bouncy until the last wee bit where i had to dig deep.
(Parents evenings this week, so no training tomorrow).
