Road Cycling long 3:45:00 [3] 90.0 km (2:30 / km)
(injured)

Was planning on getting up early for a ride that didnt happen so headed out before lunch. Planned on a river loop as there would be less traffic. Still to work out why so many lover that ride, id forgotten how many intersections and corners there are, its really very tiring. Powering out of the saddle was really quite painful still.

Note
(injured)

Very sore still, getting out of chairs is a killer. One piccy, not as good as Kierans crash pictures thought surprisingly little blood I was thinking id be a real mess, would have to post a pic of my backside/hip/back to show the rest of the damage and no sober person wants to see that.

Mountain Biking 2:00:00 [3] 33.0 km (3:38 / km)

Bunyaville and Samford state forest trails, was good to start with, ripping turns. Then proceeded to BREAK MY ASS!!! kind of anyway, was hammering down some singletrack and then BOOM flying throught the air, finally stopped by a tree and the ground contacting my ass. Well really my tail bone, nothing broken but the glute muscle is very tender and doesnt like any bending at the waste. Generally lay around on the ground feeling quite sorry for myself for a few minutes thinking i hope i can get home. Anyway picked the bike up after a while and found that I had bent the derailler hanger, so it was a long sore 30 minute walk back to the car. Proceeded by a shower and scrubbing of gravel rash and a cut on my nose from my glasses. Probably need to replace my helmet as well, only a little mark on the back but I have a feeling that it took a wack. Still cant work out what happened, couldnt find anything to explain why i found my self and the bike flipping throught the air.

Mountain Biking tempo 1:30:00 [5] 20.0 km (4:30 / km)

Gap Creek Single Track

Had grand plans for a 3 hour ride, while the spirit was willing the body couldnt be bothered. The trails were super sweet after all the rain, rode Rocket Frog at least 3 or 4 times. So much grip in the turns, get down low, throw it in to the berm and brrraaapppp... Way way to much fun! 44-15 it back up rocket frog a few times to really shag the legs.
