Nosh track from Roseville bridge up to Lindfield and back. Cruised up to the pipeline and tempo'd back. Love running with a bit of flow on that section of track.

Motivated enough for a 10k tempo around the Bay after Bart convinced me to enter Coastal Classic for the first time.

Headed out at just under ~4m/k's with the intention of seeing how long I could last, and was somewhat surprised about halfway to realise I wasn't going to blow up. Been a while since I've felt better than expected. and sped up a tad for the last couple of km.

Monday cruise thru the Rocks and Eastern wharves to Barangaroo.I threw in a few gentle 1k run thru's at the end as I was feeling ploddy and probably not achieving much, and legs were the better for it.
