Stromlo from the top. Lily’s descent (basically Skyline) then Eoin and I left the others and went up Cockatooswitchbacks to collect the cars. Nice out but trails are very dry and gravelly. Next time I will just do my flat loops around the bottom areas.

Not really orienteering, but not really anything. Tried running to O to warm up my leg, but it seized up after 1km and never recovered. A bit of trail running, a bit of trail hobbling, a bit of walking cross country cause I didn't;t know which tracks to take. Need to get to know Aranda Hill a bit better methinks. Super course after this but I didn't;t start my watch and didn't;t finish the course.

Cotter Pines with the O'Dowds. This probably wasn't the best place to introduce Nadine to MTB, but we made it around, eventually. Quite rough in places. Lunch then nice swim at Casuarina Sands after.
