shoes: VJ Irock

Teams race - team of Cath, Cath, Eoin and Aoife. Quite a fun event although I was running alone after falling off the back on the first hill. Tough going after a long-is day yesterday. Aoife did well on a pretty hard moderate course.

Really not concentrating after rushing from netball. Mp because I went to 7 instead of 1. Worked that out on the way to 3 but not interested I redoing first controls.

Afternoon run around Little Black Mountain with Nat. I think I overdid ittosay and was struggling at time but it was such a beautiful afternoon out and good to catch up.

Quick run around O’Connor Ridge while Aoife was at netball training. It is probably a bit rough to make this a regular habit when it’s dark, but very nice outduring the sunset.
