Nice ride on Bruce Ridge. Slow starting out but then feeling better and better. Nice sequence of tracks picked by Nat, only 200m overlap - commuted, north face, whoopee, rake hoe, commuted, log run, wanderer, hidey ho, super d, burn.

Only half a run really. Very happy starting out, feeling like I could actually run again. Coming down the back of Majura started to feel a bit sore in my right ankle so walked a bit. When I tried to run again it was severely painful, could barely walk! Walked home as fast as I could, keeping to the contour and firetrail. Not happy.
