Early morning run with Nat! Stunning morning out and great to have made the commitment beforehand to make sure it happened :) Frosty -2 at home but warmer when we started out and stunning views fromMt Painter. Feeling stronger running too.

Majura Pines with Aoife - she choose the location not the activity. Some small progress despite one stack.

Rode Crazy Crab, Smitten Kitten, Radicle, Dew Drop In, Pitt St, Smitten Kitten and Radicle.

A bit better physically and technically this week. Still slow and pussy footing on rocky ground but moving more consistently. A few slow spots but these were primarily related to stopping in the circle to hunt out the flag and possibly the feature if it in fact existed. Another very nice place to run at lunch time on a Wednesday afternoon. The fog had cleared and it was a spectacular, if chilly day.

Much happier today! Set out for a slog but ended up going ok compared to yesterday. Found some great running tracks and there are opportunities for more. Have probably run on these in the distant past but mostly forgotten now.
