Note

First attempt at running since York City Race on Bank Holiday Monday. Might be a bit of a shock to the system!

Dorchester Urban eace. First steps I'd run sinceinjurying my claf i York on Bank Holiday Monday. Tried to run all the way, which I did. Only a couple of minor blips at 2 & 12. Second to Sue Hands, calf was fine so well pleased!
