Orienteering race 1:04:04 [3]

BAOC Barossa and Sandhurst Academy, Light Green course. Started with a 250m run up to the Start kite! No real problems until I was on the 1:4000 map of the Acedemy and back into woodland. Missed a turn to get round the lake and had to brave up to cross an over knee deep, wide, muddy stream. I didn't realise I had missed my planned turn, so my bearing once on the road was wrong. Lost a minute as at wrong end of long earth bank. Enjoyable event, on lovely warm, sunny day.
