Relay training with the club except that we arrived late so ran virtually all of it without seeing anyone.

Fairly painful but pleased to be able to finish the course.

Usual national park route.

Really gave it the beans today and took several minutes off my best time. Cheated a little however because changed the route slightly - stayed more on the road through Brandbergen - both shorter and faster.

Around the national park once more. Took a wrong turn this time and added on around 500m in the process. Taking that into account still slightly slower than last time.
