Went out for a walk to check out more of the new reflexbana, left gluteus not happy - painful to v painful, proportionally to the amount of power applied thru the hamstring. Back ok however.
Woke up this morning could hardly get out of bed, lower back locked. It has gradually loosened as the day has gone by, hopefully not a long-term issue.
I did wash the car yesterday, lots of bending down meticulously cleaning or changing alloy wheels has certainly caused me problems in the past. The warning signs were there, I should have realised and stretched afterwards.
