Fairly positive in terms of LH-side problems! Plus I didn't fall over which was also nice.

Went for a walk at lunch, left glute tight and painful. Made me think that my recent knee woe may well be more to do with the classic LH-side issue than the broken cap. If that is the case then I should be able to massage and stretch it better for tomorrow's long distance training right?

Felt pretty fresh so went out hard tonight but it became obvious fairly fast that no records were going to be set.

The rest days haven't helped my knee, pretty much the same as Monday i.e. slightly painful. It wasn't good conditions either (rain & fog) and just didn't feel confident going fast - gave up at the end of the second split, live to fight another day.

Also nose a bit runny, again, like Monday. Still fighting off those germs it would seem. Oh and I fell over. Again.

With Robin. Was supposed to be 2 laps but I fell over (again!) and quickly realised that I was too tired for that. Nose running as well - not ill yet but others in the family are.

My knee was hurting tonight for some reason.
