So two and a half months and I am running again. Well, jogging. Slowly. Definitely not a walk!

A bit weird that I fished a pair of tights out of my draw, put them on and saw the hole in the knee. Then because of the snow put on my orocs and same thing there - first time since the accident. It's all a little bit scary.

Better again today, jogging for approx 6 minutes non-stop. Mostly flat but tried a steep incline for a couple of minutes towards the end.

On the treadmill again, physio says still looks/sounds a bit like I'm limping but not a lot, def better than last week.

Knee range now 138/160 degrees. So still improving regardless of my lack of dedication to the range of movement exercises. Lucky.

Work 'physio' today. First time she's ever said I'm not totally straight, not surprising as I feel pretty twisted up just now. Gradually increasing the training but haven't been bothered nor really able to properly stretch the important areas.

There is hope however as she really stretched out my quads today, first time it's been possible since the op without the knee saying no. Plus lots of massage and acupuncture.
