Went out a bit slower than yesterday, it helped. Still not enough motivation to do it twice however. Still damn good training.

Knee's been a bit sore but better as the day went on. This certainly made it feel a lot better!

Actually feeling quite good overall, all the usual hot-spots were fine to stretch out, even the left hamstring and right soleus. Bonus.

My old club's home terrain, never get tired of it. It seems like the map is better too!

Physically not the best, most of the family are ill and I should have known from how high my HR went so quickly after starting my warm-up. After control 4 I struggled for a few controls but it got a little better after that so kept going.

Technically good apart from the 1st and 3rd controls, lost around 0:45 and 0:30 respectively.

Left-side not a problem although my knee felt a little sore afterwards.
