A few big mistakes, maybe a bit rusty but more likely just trying to run a bit too hard. It was fun be be orienteering again.
A decision has been made and we will do both the O-ringen and the Scottish this year, flights/accommodation have been booked. That will be 11 days of H40L in 14 so I can't just turn up and expect to enjoy every run. 120 days of training with the primary goal of getting my mutli-day fitness back.
