New, much less steep hill. I've been wanting to try this one for a while, finally got around to it. Mostly easy, 2 of the family have colds just now and I've not been sleeping well.

Annoying that I didn't get the whole picture but 35mins is a good enough full effort test. Avg. HR of 167, max 174. So all I need to do now is see how high I can get the HR fast walking and that is the start of zone 1 and 167 is the end of zone 4, or something like that.
