Long trail route, mostly easy. I've got several kilos to drop and having the stamina to do these longer, more extensive sessions will hopefully help.

Trying to be proactive, sort of. Mostly glute (proactive for sure, no lower back problems just now although my left side was v tight) and calf (less proactive, feel on the verge of having right ankle/foot problems again) muscles.
