Probably could have jogged the long distance today but for a number of reasons I just wasn't that interested.

Away for the weekend to do some informal races held in conjunction with a big individual/relay weekend for the juniors. Good turnout but unfortunately a little ill. Not bad enough not to run but kept it comfortable, not much more than easy.

Threw some time away in the second half of the course, 2 significant errors on 14 and 20 plus a less significant mistake on 17. Probably only a couple of minutes in total.

Legs a bit achy from yesterday but if anything felt more springy than usual. Made two significant mistakes, both times finding the wrong path on the way to 1 and 9. Corrected quickly so no huge damage, maybe as much as a minute on each.
