Usual medium trail route. Almost as hard as I could, almost PB pace. Legs very sore from the hill reps on Friday but didn't feel like it held me back much.

Steep hill - wanted to do 24 reps but the level of effort I was putting in was too high to last that long, only did 15 in the end. It has been more than 3 weeks since the last time I did a hill session so I guess I have to accept going backwards a little.
