Running (road/xc) 54:30 [4] 11.0 km (4:57 / km)

Usual medium trail route. Almost as hard as I could, almost PB pace. Legs very sore from the hill reps on Friday but didn't feel like it held me back much.

Steep hill - wanted to do 24 reps but the level of effort I was putting in was too high to last that long, only did 15 in the end. It has been more than 3 weeks since the last time I did a hill session so I guess I have to accept going backwards a little.

Legs felt good but wasn't 100% cardio-wise today - not sleeping enough plus probably fighting off things Hugo is bringing home from the nursery.

Got a bit crazy in my ideas on the way to/in the circle on 4 which was the only significant time loss today, probably only a minute or so.
