Usual terrain hills, usual 10 reps. 5 seconds quicker than last time on 29th May but felt like I didn't have to put as much effort in today.
Saying that I was ruined afterwards and couldn't contemplate doing the usual 2nd set around the other side of the lake. Walked home eating blueberries instead.
I think the energy problem is to do with the really hot weather, looking back over my training log the months of June/July regularly seem to have comments related to being unusually tired. Have to try to drink more water.
